Isolation & Control Gates

Mojan Isolation & Control Gates are designed and manufactured for shutting off, opening, and controlling water flow in channels and pipelines. These gates are used not only for complete flow isolation but also for regulating the amount of flow passing through the system.

These gates are suitable for water and wastewater treatment facilities and hydraulic structures where reliable flow control and isolation are required.

Types of Isolation & Control Gates:

Mojan Isolation & Control Gates are available in two main configurations:

1. Four-Sided Sealing Gates (Penstock Gates)

• Designed for installation at the end of pipelines, ducts, and similar flow passages.
• Provide reliable shut-off and isolation of the flow.
• Equipped with sealing on all four sides to minimize leakage.

2. Three-Sided Sealing Gates

• Primarily designed for installation in open channels.
• Available in two main types according to application:

• Stop Log Gates

• Used for temporary flow isolation and channel control.
• Consist of removable panels (logs) installed within the gate frame.

• Sluice Gates

• Used for flow control and isolation in open channels.
• Provide controlled opening and closing of the water passage.
