Equipment Procurement
Once the required suppliers have been identified, Mojan requests technical data sheets and submits inquiries to various manufacturers and suppliers. Upon receipt of the quotations, the offers are subject to technical and commercial evaluation, after which the order is placed with the most suitable option.
Throughout the manufacturing or procurement process, and depending on the type and nature of the equipment, inspections may be carried out at different stages by Mojan’s technical specialists or by approved third-party inspection companies — including verification of raw materials, manufacturing processes, workmanship, and final product compliance.
For international purchases, customs duties, clearance charges, and related import costs are also taken into consideration. Customs clearance can be time-consuming and varies by equipment type and applicable import requirements, so required time and cost are factored into the ordering process from the start.
